Payment
 All prices at sundayz ApS are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. As a rule, sundayz pays itself any fees when carrying out transactions, unless otherwise stated.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, and the right of complaint applies to manufacturing defects. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

If you wish to complain about your product, please send/deliver the product to the address below and enclose a brief description of the complaint. We ask you to send us an email with a photo of the error before you send the product to us. Here you will receive a return number which must be applied to the package.

ATTENTION! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Also remember to always send the item back in proper packaging and get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

 If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact kontakt@sundayz.dk. Should we not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution at forbrug.dk, if the conditions for this are met:
